It's interesting that several of your photos in the last few posts have had strong shadow and a strong focal point of light. The trees and shadows of the people and storefronts all combine to give a nice focus into the vanishing point that is the sun. Very intriguing composition.
Sorry, me again, but one more thing: this picture strongly reminded me of a painting by the American impressionist Childe Hassam, titled "Boston Common at Twilight.
